We at Healthy Home CarpetCare believe that it is very important that safe cleaning practices are used in a client's home. There are so many carpet cleaning products in the market that could endanger your health.

One of the chemicals used in these cheap products is Butyl Cellusolve which has and will cause liver damage over time. Most if not all of the typical $69 whole-house-cleaners will use these janitorial-grade chemicals in your home, simply because:

1) It is less expensive for them to use these products, and easily obtainable

2) Believe it or not, it melts the soil quickly, therefore allowing them to dash right thru your home and finish up quickly so they can go to their next job (in fact, they are referred to as "Splash & Dash" cleaners in our industry)

These products are particularly formulated for commercial / industrial use (such as a greasy restaurant carpet, for example) and are fine for that environment, but NOT for your home, where your beloved children and pets have to breath in these toxins.

We at Healthy Home refuse to use such harsh chemicals in your home! We use less water for quicker drying times and use Green Seal Certified & EPA DfE ("Designed For the Environment") cleaning agents.

1: Pre-Inspection
I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. I will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results.

2: Furniture Moving
If you request a wall-to-wall cleaning, sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as china hutches, large beds and electronics are left in place under our regular pricing structure. The furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.

3: Pre-Spray
A Green preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning

4: Pre-Spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

5: Pre-Groom
A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil.

6: Allergy-Clene Extraction
Your carpet is then thoroughly cleaned and extracted using our Allergy-Clene system and solutions designed for your carpet fibers.

7: Neutralizer
Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.

8: Post Spot
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet.

9: Post Grooming
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.

10: Speed Dry
For certain special circumstances high velocity air movers can be placed during the carpet cleaning process to promote faster drying.

11: Post Cleaning Inspection
I will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.

After the cleaning, I will leave you with our famous FREE lifetime-replacement bottle of spotter, and some booties to wear if you need to walk on the carpet. I will ALSO show you how to use the spotter, so you can take care of everyday spots with ease!
